If you’re too concerned about your own thoughts,emotions and other interrelated things. It doesn’t mean that we have to think about it every time and to be so solicitous about it in a negative way. The thing ‘negative way’ is just a part of a objective reality which doesn’t really exist outside our brain. We got emotions as a part of the evolutionary fear response which helps us to survive. It is a result of fear response of our amygdala or limbic system or whatever. Which means we have no total control of our emotions, responses and decisions.
But we’ve control on our consciousness and how to respond upon certain situations. The awareness of this thing doesn’t help us to be happy every time but it help us to understand the situation and move on.
So try not to stuck in those emotions. Be grateful to live and enjoy every single moment! . And remember you only have one life to live. It’s too short and try not suck it!. Everything is a lesson for our future self.
